Arguably one of the best fighting game songs out there. Ken's theme is awesome, so is Ryu's and Guile's. However fact is, I don't think none of them come near this.

In all, it arguably is one of the most adrenaline pumping fighting game songs of all time. I scored it 100/100.
As much as I may agree with you on Gouki having such an awesome theme song, I'd have to say that Yun & Yang's stage song (Crowded Street) from Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike is my favorite SF tune of all time.
