Has anyone seen any reviews of Spyborgs already? |

I haven't seen any reviews yet, and since the game is not due out for another month, I wouldn't expect to see one for a few weeks. Think it'll get decent reviews? |

I hope that maybe some print mags deliver fast. There's a very good preorder deal on german Amazon right now I wouldn't want to miss in case it's a hit I'm not sure what to expect of it rating wise. The story bits I've seen are so bad that I'm wondering why they even bothered overhauling the graphics, since the old ones would've much better fitted the overall trash-for-children feeling. The gameplay on the other hand looks rock solid, albeit depending much on stuff like exciting level design, scripted scenes and surprises, since just plain endless hack'n'slash should get boring rather fast. What I really love is the music, it seems to get one of the best Wii soundtracks so far! So overall I'm hoping for a metascore >75, that'd make it easy for me to put my money on the table |

A first print mag score arrived, NGamer gave it a surprisingly low 60%! |

I don't read NGamer, so I have no basis for knowing if I would share their opinions or not. However, according to this, they scored Contra ReBirth a 2/5. I happen to like Contra ReBirth, so I already disagree with them on that front. |

The German "Wii Magazin" (print) rated it with a friendlier 77% today |

I don't read that, either. I have to wait until some publications I'm familiar with start reviewing it. I kind of imagined that, at best, it would get solid reviews, and at worst, mediocre reviews. It just seems like the kind of game that doesn't do anything new, but does it reasonably well. |
