If there's something you can count on from the PC community, it's the need to tweak, test and configure stuff to see what's the best "thing" there is. That's part of the reason we released the Street Fighter IV benchmark some weeks ago (click the link to download and try it yourself if you haven't already).
The folks at PC Games Hardware (a German publication that thankfully, also has their editorial in English) have already put the benchmark through its paces in their test lab at various resolutions (100+ fps at greater than 1080p resolutions? check!) and various MSAA and AF settings across a suite of GPUs.
Have a look at PC Games Hardware results and see if your GPU is in the list of tested versions and remember, as much as we love our 360s and PS3s, consoles can't run at these resolutions with these levels of MSAA and AF.
As a closing shot, we still have some of our popular Street Fighter IV PC/Mad Catz pad bundles unspoken for in the Capcom store, but they won't last long, so I'd recommend ordering ASAP. It's a great deal with game and pad for $59.99.
Lastly, stay tuned to your favorite download services in the coming days to see what benefits there are to pre-ordering on those services.

Speaking of the PS3 fightsticks, they are not 100% compatible with PC's :(
