I have never had a any trouble with Ken's crossup jumping mk, however I have played Super Turbo for a very long time. A much harder move to cross-up with is Ryu's jumping RH kick. It is almost impossible against smaller characters. Works with practice against hawk, gief, honda & rog.

From everything I have seen over the years DeeJay's is the easiest to consistently land and has a lot of solid options for progression from it.
