PS3 Voice Chat?

Does anybody know if the PS3 version supports Voice Chat during games?


I have been playing a few games online against some mates and we can not figure out how to enable it (if it is even possible)

Edit- Problem solved guys! The V1.01 patch was the patch for voice chat.

I don't think it does...none of the games I played had people talking.  Then again, I'm playing against Japanese and they never use mics...so I'm going to say no, but don't quote me.

Yeah it doesn't look promising.


Its probably the only thing that I am not liking about the game so far, even if we are able to talk in the lobby it would just be soo much easier than typing messages.

There's an option to adjust voice chat in both the Options menu (under Sound) and in the lobby itself so I'm going to have to say yes, the game does support voice chat on the PS3.

As far as I could see the options concerning voice in the menu is for the announcer and what language you want the characters to speak in out of Japanese or English.

Under the sound settings menu, the fourth volume slider is for Voice Chat volume.

i love the voice chat....

you can either defend yourself = "I just got the game/havent played in a while/ my controller is going dead"

or you can gloat = "i messed you up boi/don't mess me with/i just f**ked you up!/Eat my stinK!"

Seems I might be missing one of the sliders. In the Sound Settings Menu the options I have are


 


BGM Volume


SE Volume


Voice Volume


Voice Settings


Default


 


I have the Australian version of the game if that helps.
