And remember: Street Fighter IV for PC is an awesome game, Capcom rule them all. Always buy great games like this.




 


Okay so what you want is a 10gb dld?!...They should really do a retail version for the next SF that way ppl with low HDD space could actually....PLAY the game




People with low HD should think to upgrade their systems instead of thinking playing games. HD are cheap nowadays.




 


I have a Launch system the 60gb HDD is cheap but there's no kit to tranfer your files form your old HDD to the new one so it's useless AND! why not make a 39.99 retail game EVERYONE will be happy 'cause it's gonna be cheap and we would get a new SFIV with new stages, characters, online modes, intros/ending and a re-balance game without lsing any of our HDD space...I really don't get why ppl are so obsessed with DLC...we'll pay the same amount anyways so who cares plus if they make SFIV Dash it will be a totally new game just like Alpha 3 and 3rd Strike was a new game with a new story.

How do you know SF4 Dash is going to be an completely new game like 3rd Strike and Alpha 3.  Also, notice how you completely skipped over Alpha 2 and 2nd Impact in that post?


It will most likely be relatively minor update.  A few new characters, balance tweaks, new moves, new specials etc.


I'd like them to add some of the missing moves the characters aquired in later games like CvS and 3rd Strike.


Ryu's Mule Kick 


Ken's Wheel Kick


M. Bison's Psycho Slap


And Specials


Akuma's Kongou Koretsuzan or Misogi


M. Bison's Knee Press Nightmare animation from CvS2.  The one he has now is boring.  Also Psycho Cannon or Psycho Crusher.


 


Well to be honest, i'd like most of the characters to more resemble their Capcom vs SNK 2 selves.

Because SFIV producer Yoshinoro Ono has stated that he considers the console version to be the second version of SFIV.

I ignored 2nd Impact and Alpha 2 because they were minor updates like SFIV console version is. But if you look at Alpha 3 and 3rd Strike it's a completely new game with new story new characters and some tweaks in the gameplay that's why I think SFIV Dash will be a retail game and it will be more than just a minor update...it will prolly have new moves, new characters, new stages a new story!! wich means new intro and outro (would make too big of a download) So IMO!!! I THINK!!! SFIV dash will be a retail game and I'll buy it for sure if they can make SFIV even better...they better add quater matches

-Fix the online mode always taking you back to main menu


 


-Either keep ranked match or Camp mode (they are divisive, one ranking is good enough)


 


-And/or fix Ranked Match rankings to make it less severe


 


-Somewhat find a way to improve the online play (Make/pressure Microssoft to improve GFWL). Don't expect a perfect online with GFWL


 


-Simplify the focus-dash-cancel to Px3+Kx3 and one direction (left to dash left or  right to dash right). The way it is now is hard and confusing to use during combos.


 


-Make Akuma and Gouken less confusing to unlock

-Dump anything Microsoft (gfwl)


 


-Dump Securom (another issue)

No reason to get testy.  I do know that the console version is ver 2.  I would rather  Dash end up like 3rd Strike or Alpha 3, but it seems to me theyd wait for 5 for that.

If Street Fighter 4 Dash will be a minor update,so it should have to be a dlc.Capcom could also consider the opportunity to sell SF4Dash in stores,like a complete game for those who have not SF4.


Then,if Cap want to make another update,but a big one like 3rd Strike was,so it can be an entire game selled in stores only.

^ That's the way its always been done.  Most likely the way Capcom plans to do it this time aswell.  Probobly sold at retail for a mere 40 bucks, new characters, bonus stages, bonus modes, all costumes unlocked etc.  New costumes in developement for dl later.  Seems like a decent deal to me.  Especially for customers who never bought SF4 in the first place.

That's an interesting point to consider. With a retail release, you're able to get customers who didn't buy the original game in the first place.

I'd seriously like to see a few characters fixed. Mainly on my list is Vega(Claw). I'm really ticked off cause Vega has the potential to be an awesome character, but he just gets stuck with crappy moves. I admit that the combos he recieved in SF4 are awesome, but almost all his good ones revolve around using a EX bar while other characters don't. Another thing is Vega was known to be one of the fastest character's in the game,( if not the fastest) and now you have characters like El Fuerte who completely make him look like dump. Vega speed should have been up'd in the game, and his wall jump is pretty pathetic, amongst all the wall jumpers in the game his is by far the worst. His wall jump should have been as superb as El Fuerte/Seth. Another thing is his Super, and Ultra. While I love his Ultra I hate the fat that it an only be aimed at 2 angles, and secondly his Super is simply pointless, no Pro or even decent player is going to be caught by that, I would have much prefered a Super Scarlet Terror so that it could be combo'd in like other charge character IE: Bison, Balrog, Guile, and even Chun-li for her Super, and Ultra combo's. Even more Vega has no hope for when getting rushed. Unlike other characters he has no "Get off me moves", I get so frustrated when reading guides where all people tal about is " Use ex scarlet terror." Why should one have to use an ex bar everytime they're getting rushed. Even more its so hard to store bars with Vega when most of his combos ( the good ones at least) revolve around using his ex bars. This may seem like a pointless rant to some, but I know there are alot others ot there who agree with me, I just want to have a fighting chance with a character I prefer playing with, and not resulting to using the other typical/obvious ones. The game should be alot more balanced, and although I have no problem performing it, whats the purpose for Guile, and Vega's absurd Super, and Ultra inputs?! For crying out loud make em simpler for everyone else to use!!!!................ Ok well i'm done here lol good day to all xD


 


P.S.  I'm not angry just a tad bit frustrated.
