Figures . Yeah , the PS3 also lags a lot with SSFIIHDR . I couldn't believe it when I finally got a chance to see how much lag the PS3 has . Hopefully this will be fixed soon .

Where are you from?  I have NEVER seen 2 bars, most are 3 for me, and some are 4. Never noticed any lag, ever.

I have been played a lot online, however, no lag so far. In my opinion, SFIV online mode is so much better than HDRM. I'm not sure about the loby thing. But I'm happy with the smooth and no lag so far. Knock on wood :)

I'm playing on the ps3 and I have only had a few laggy matches out of my 200ish. Maybe the problem is that you are looking for matches. I just play arcade mode and have it assign new challengers. That way im constantly playing and the stream of matches comes in fast.

only had 3-4 matches that were too laggy to play, out of 200 or so. so the ratio is pretty awesome for good online matches for me.

anyone with lag, regardless of system:


 


USE CUSTOM MATCH AND SEARCH BY STABILITY


you can set it in your options when you edit status (same place you change title/icon)


quick match never yields a decent connection. searching by STABILITY will find only the best connections. also, using custom match to search will bring up multiple choices instead of the three a quick search will bring up

I got a question, how do you guys have it set up to play the arcade mode while match making in the background?? Thanks in advance the answer..I'm on PS3

On the ps3 you hit r1. That brings up a menu to set that, as well as your title etc..
