The main point is that Seth is broken as is the whole game AI. The AI does not know when it is set to the easiest difficulty. I was playing Ryu against Seth and was getting pwned every time on very easy. I played Abel against Seth on easiest and beat him without any continues but then I play Crimson Viper next on the easiest mode and I make it to the third tier and it is like I am playing on the Hard Mode and the CPU starts doing Ultra's on me like there was no tomorrow and I had to keep continuing until time ran out and I had more health and the fourth tier was not any better and then when I got to Seth he was impossible and I never got a hit in on him and he just kept doing his moves and there was no break from it until I was defeated. I know that the veterans dont want to accept that anything is wrong with this game and that it is normal for the Big Bad final boss to be hard but to be impossible on easiest? Quit playing too many video games to understand this. I finally had to restart my game over and reset the AI and I played on easiest for about 3 characters and had no problems until I started to play with the fourth character and then the AI threw the easiest setting went right out the window and I was getting pwned from the first tier with Ultra's being constantly thrown at me. I would expect this on the Hard diff but on the easiest? COME ON AND WAKE UP THE AI IS BROKEN. |

what you just described is actually pretty common, weird, but common, where somehow as you are playing the game for a while the AI seems to be learning what you do and adjusting its self to fight better. Not sure if this is what is actually happening though, for me I usually just chalk it up to fatique, although last night when playing with every character on Easiest, he didn't start doing those high in the sky uppercuts until Dan and Rose. yeah if it feels like the boss is getting harder somehow, turn off the game, get something to eat, then come back and fight again. |
