  'Kay everyone, I figured I contribute something to this thread.  This isn't necessarily a character for SFIV; I pictured her being more in V, since the story I got for her is sorta placed after 3S but it's loose enough so where it could happen whenever.  Here it is:

  Her name's Mika.  I've got a big backstory for her but basics is that she was sent to a geisha school at age 13 in Kyoto; halfway through during one class a bar she was at came under attack by a bunch of radicals who wanted samurai codes reinstated, but they were hired by freelance Yakuza.  Organized Yakuza showed up soon after, then Japanese police.  Mika ends up meeting one of the members of the radical group years later, gets friendly, learns ways of samurai and trains in traditional aikido.  However, her skin's pale white and she's believed to be the reincarnation of a legendary samurai who practiced chi concentration on the battlefield.  Has a pet wolf and stays mostly in the forest; has met Ryu once in a 'friendly altercation'.  The idea sorta got spurred by ShockDingo in the SF Next thread when he mentioned if there could ever be a female boss character who could organize a pretty straight, non crazy stuff out-in-the-open tournament, and this is my response.  Hope you guys like it; it's just a teaser version as I'll refine the design and have a better version up tomorrow or Thursday.  Later.
