Miami is a big place. I grew up there, but now north in Hollywood. Where exactly in Miami?

Acutally there isnt' too much info on the flyer. I mean an address would be nice and what system is it gonna be on xbox or ps3?, and what characters will be available to use? can we bring are own sticks?
