Turtlers tend to use the same kinda characters as well:

Sagat

Akuma

Blanka

Dhalsim

Turtling and zoning are two different styles. Now Guile... that's a turtle lol! Although if you come across an offensive Guile, things could get very very ugly

Yeah... his outfit is even the turtle colours lol

I used to be offensive with him and turtle. Mixing between these too make Guile so good and difficult for people to adjust to imo.

HAHA turtle colors!!!

Hate Guile's almost as much as Rogs. Zangief and Sagat turtlers don't really bother me.

I ususally define a turtler as someone who absolutely WILL NOT launch an offensive. The only time there's a remote chance of them being offensive is when they are really really really far ahead.

In fact...here, this is the true def of a turtler. As guile he was defensive, but then turned to a turtle. As Blanka he was a full turtle. Does this look fun? (sorry about the frame rate):http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bv1ZZQ1sqRI

I really believe that MANY people that first use charge characters are more apt to fight "turtle" style. It is a whole different world to learn to constantly charge and can be a bit daunting. The few that leave the nest, so to speak, are the ones that get deadly. The super aggressive Guiles, Blankas, and even worse, the Balrogs. Many are new to the franchise and can expect this style for a while I guess.
