You sir are a rare breed! I did the same and it doesn't help for some reason. I think I just have a tendency to use the stupid extra buffer time in SFIV. Not good!

I went back to Alpha 3 and SF3 and I was garbage (not to mention that i've been playing alot of KOF 11 lately). Need a little bit of time to get back into the groove. |

Sadly I couldn't play long enough to notice the change, or was it because I was too much like ( O_O ) To notice xD. but its the second time I hear about this, I guess it must be true. |

Got the same issue, but now I'm getting back into HD Remix. Street Fighter 4 is a good game but no where near HD Remix or Third Strike. Street Fighter 4 reminds me of Killer Instinct where it's a A > B or A < C sorta gameplay. It's a game made that anyone can pick up. |

Happened to me as well. But after playing Garou: MOW alot on Xbox Live, and then going back to SSF2THD, I was way better at SFII |

I know that feeling, i get it all the time with the SF series if you play one in particular over the rest you tend to get really good at that one game but when you go back to the others you're not so good at it anymore. haha

Yeah, I had that same problem. I stopped playing SFIV and went back SSF2THD and I was terrible. I had to get back used to it re-learn the moves and cross-ups and things like that. It felt like 1995 all over again.lol. |

I've recently picked up HDR again, and tried going to IV recently aaaand yeah my overall skill has dwindled. I'm trying to balance my time between HDR and SF IV, while trying to maintain a somewhat decent MVC 2 game aaaaaan learning TVC. My biggest problem with SF IV is playing people online who see my Abel and start low jabbing everything I do. Roll...jab jab jab jab Ultra...jab jab jab jab Change of direction...jab jab jab jab so to mock them I return the favor by crossing them up and jabbing rapidly. It's funny...until I get DP'd or thrown. So it looks like I'm stuck in G2-E for now but I'll get out eventually. |
