Why is the XBL version so much better than the PSN version of SF2HDR? I hear so much about how good the XBL version is and it makes me wonder how we (PS3 owners) got screwed in the deal. What makes the two systems so different that the quality of HDR is so contrastingly different? I've seen the XBL version and talked to many people about it. Everyone expresses how much better it is than the PSN version. I'm still confounded by this issue... |

I would guess it would be from the more organized structure ofXBL (it's not free like PSN, but it is set up very well). In theory they both should be the same in terms of lag and such, but I hear from players on both that this is not the case. Maybe it's just easier to find players with a good ping on XBL because there is a lot more players. I know one thing, there is always good players to play against at all hours of the day on XBL. |

I hear (purely anecdotally I should admit) this is the case with every non-Sony game release when the online is compared between XBL and PSN. So I really do think it's to do with XBL being so much better. The money does go into paying Microsoft for extra arbitration servers and potentially bandwidth etc. I do think that XBL subscription costs are unfortunate barrier to some people, but for me, cos I really care about online play, it's definitely worth it. |

The cost of XBL is a small drop in the Ocean for Fantastic online play! |

I'd have to agree with the other posts. You really can't expect a free service to hold a candle to a paid service. Comparing XBL to PSN is like comparing World of Warcraft to Runescape. |
