You definitely confuse something here. The half circle motion is from SSF2 and SSF2T and there the red fireball is an actual special move for Ryu. But the original poster refers to an anomaly in the pre-SSF2 games where sometimes Ryu or Ken throw a red fireball instead of a blue one without any explanation. The red fireball from SF2, SF2CE and SF2T are something completely different than the one from SSF2 and SSF2T since the latter is an actual distinct special attack while the former is either a glitch or a built-in secret. By the way, has anybody ever seen the computer AI in SSF2 and SSF2T execute Ryu's red fireball? I've never seen that. He always just uses the blue one when controlled by the computer. |

Not against me no. In the SF2Turbo ending, yes the AI, doing a demonstration with the credits rolling, would do it consistently. Not 100% of the time, but enough times I could call my friends over and show them it at the time.
