I taunt turtle Giefs and Balrogs. That or I just stand still for a while, that's really the only time I taunt. Aside from that it's srs bsns.

I never once asked why do people taunt... i know what its for lol In my op I said after the same move set, for example jump in roundhouse then sweep turn then repeat for the rest of the match... Does this warent taunting... I must admit if someone like Mike Ross or Ed Ma (Someone far graeter in ability) were kicking my ass and taunting after some good combo or something I would just laugh because it would be funny and I could appriciate why they did it. Not someone who is flowcharting my ass and getting away :(

I taunt when someone turtles the match. when someone crouches and waits. (guile usually) then i just dash forword and throw then follow it up with a taunt. and if someone is spamming something specifically and i punish them for it lol but not all the time. I do tend to pick my taunts with using them in mind :-)

lol dude, are you serious? Your whole thread is about why do people taunt so much, even in the op post (you're funny). You also didn't really say moveset, but tbh, even if you did falling for the same moveset over and over is just as bad, no offence. Like I said, you shouldn't let these flowchart players get away with it, instead play a bit more agrressively and they won't be thinking about taunting after, that's for sure. ...I also taunt a good opponents sometimes in good nature, and they taunt back if they can to be equal and out of respect. You'll know what I mean when it happens..

I taunt because it amuses me. It has nothing to do with winning or losing a fight - its all about making me laugh. I will also taunt for a since of commorodity - as a sign of lets just have some fun.
Rarely do I do it to be an ass.

I think you could be right on the money about me needing to be more aggresive, I have just moved to Abel and find not jumping in a real strain at the moment, anyway im sure I will get the hang of it ;) In my OP i said $hit players... not everyone ;) Its ok this thread has been a complete fail, im just waiting for the signs lol

i taunt if i am abosolutely killin somebody or if i feel like having fun but i have ran into a few ppl who hit taunt taunt hit and taunting ends up costing them the match
