Pitiful, absolutely pitiful. Where did I ever state that I'm losing games to Zangief? It's so hilarious how some of you get your panties in a bunch over something so remedial. Then this Slappy guy above me comes in here with the childish name calling. Whatever, thank you for the humor, and thank you to those who gave me an answer without being a complete baby about it. Like I said, it'll be okay. Adios! |

It would be roughly equivilant of me walking up and slapping someone and saying "Oh I didnt mean to slap you." That is why gief people are acting "childish" is that you wanted to say something rude, without getting the blowback of bieng rude... If your going to be rude, just be rude... I understand it may have been an honest question but it doesnt mean it wasnt a rude one... Just like I could walk into a room, and be earnestly interested if someone was cheating on their wife, but I am smart enough to know that walking up the guy in front of his wife and saying "Hey did you bang your secretary?" is a bad idea. You knew posting this was a bad idea, as you can see from your first post, you knew it was a bad idea and would be considered flaming... but that doesnt mean it isnt.... |

I understand whole heartedly what you're saying, but I really didn't mean to insult anyone when I made this thread. I guess things like that are more difficult to express through text. I'm still amazed how some people reacted, and I did get some mixed feedback. I think some may have assumed too much. |

Ed Ma went down in SoCal standings when he started using Gief. So unless you are saying that Ed Ma doesn't have skills, it does take skills to win with Gief. The reactions you got were not exaggerated. I think the common reaction, especially to your responses was, "Don't piss in my pocket and tell me it's raining." |

I can kind of see Vega's point.....whenever zangief beats me I feel like 'I lost' as opposed to 'I was beaten'.....do you get that?
Slappy(Ringthief), I'll send you a request tonight if that's ok? I need a Gief to spar with.....

I understand what you mean completely. Especially, since I use Akuma, any mistakes I make could end up killing me, which makes playing against Gief extremely tiring. If I focus, I win, if I let my guard down, I lose. But in In a way, doesn't that further confirm, how it does take skill to win with Gief? |

This I don't se it as a challenge i see it as a ****ing bonus stage. Punish all lariat with D+HK,stay away from his throw range, punish all lariat with D+HK,stay away from his throw range, punish all lariat with D+HK,stay away from his throw range
Fagat is overpowered and a stronger char, but you can play versus him using your gameplan Gief force you to change your game to manage his cheap advantage. This suck about him |

Your thread was clearly insulting. Then you insist it was innocent while continuing to insult people by calling them ignorant or childish. Then you point out my "name-calling" when it was just an example of what you were doing. Never an appology, just an excuse along with more insults. This is obvious troll behavior whether you are doing it on purpose or not FYI. |
