Oro is not technically a "freak". In fact, his character concept is a damn good one. An ancient jujitsu master who's only uses one arm to fight to challenge himself. That's badass. The problem is that he has a terrible design. He looks like some kind of alien potato man. And like Dhalsim, he's all kinds of weird colors for no real reason. And I'm sorry, but Q is a freak. It doesn't matter if he's a robot. He's a guy that ACTS like he's a robot. He's basically V for Vendetta. And that guy is a freak.

But yellow skin+red eyes---> freak :<
To not count that he got just the look,but not the fight style... Oro with normal human colors and crazy grappling style = epic

Well, he's asian and some people like to associate "yellow" skin with asians. And doesn't really look like all the other skin tones. But he doesn't look freakish to me, he just has one arm and red eyes.
No Gill, and Rufus has Yun's spot already and I like him better. I could take or leave Twelve and we have a Dan, we don't need a Sean but I wouldn't mind if they put him in.

Oro is Asian and he is 150 years old so his yellow skin is explainable. If red eyes make him a freak then Akuma should be considered a freak as well...
And as for Q, he is not a robot. He has a mask and he is just like a creepy pedophile. The character isn't a freak, it is just his personality. Q is not alien/robot freak, he is a child molester/stalker like freak...

Q is definitely either a robot or a cyborg. This is clear not only from the way he acts and moves, but also from the fact that he clearly has robot-like sound-effects and short-circuits when he loses.
He's not a pedophile, some kids were just running away from him in one intro. He is systematically taking down street fighters all around the world (or there are more than one of him), but in that way at least, he is definitely a stalker.

Gill is certainly one that should be excluded and I'm thinking Hugo should be another... Two wrestlers are enough but it would be great to see Zangief Piledrive the grin off of Hugo.
