All characters start off with 15 points. The idea is to add +1 and -2 to your most liked/disliked characters. Since this is Capcom, we'll "NERF" or "BUFF" when taking a point. This is to clearly see what's what. Here's an example.
Sagat - 13 NERF Rose -15 Chun-Li - 16 BUFF Fei-Long - 15
When a character hits 0, we'll call this a K.O!
Sagat - 0 K.O! Rose -15 Chun-Li - 16 BUFF Fei-Long - 15
The next person to vote should move the "KO'd" character to the KO list
