Sorry, there is no Shin-Akuma in SFIII: Third Strike. He will show up in SFIII: 2nd Impact if certain criteria are met. You can play 2nd Impact on SFIII: Double Impact on the Dreamcast. If you haven't played the older versions of III, you're in for a treat as they pack way more personality than Third Strike.

I dont think 2nd impact is better than 3rd strike but no Shin Akuma is not in 3rd strike sorry;but he doesnt need to be because Akuma in this version already has 6 super arts! More than any other character and or any other version of Akuma! I love Akuma in 3rd strike! |

He's not in the home versions but he IS an incomplete character in the arcade version. If you need prooof there are videos of him on youtube. |

Shin Akuma IS in SF3 3rd strike. But he is a beta. Has LOTS of glitched and unfinished workings. You need to cheat to get him. But like I said lots of things that make him not worth it. |
