Thats why i like this game, it introduces a story to each character where as the later street fighters didn't SF4 story was just poor and SF3 barely gives you an introduction to any character

I know this games just about fighting but capcom's created an awesome list of characters that should be more explained!

So true! The only thing I hated about it was the whole pysco-drive thing. It was way too ambigious o: is it really a death laser? A machine to power someone up? The cure for the dolls connection to Bison? A teleporter? Or a fancy toaster?

:] Are you playing the game on PSP? Cammy's ending is pretty neat as well. Roses has a surprise, sorta. I cant remember what characters were important to play story wise XD

To me, the stories for just about everyone were very well-done. But stories for guys like Ken, Gouki{Akuma}, Cody and Guy are the most well-done.Cool

I agree that this game had a great presentation and a great explanation for character backgrounds, arguably the best in all SF games. Of all the characters, I would say Gen's story could have turned out to be an epic one, but they made him a "Blood Feud" assassin in SFIV again judging by his win quotes. There was almost no mention of his rivalry with Akuma, his arch enemy, and Gen was in the game mainly for Chun-Li, which is sad. Adon also had a very interesting story in the Alpha series. They made him a puny weakling in Sagat's prologue video. There are also other good ones such as Cammy, Vega, Rose, T. Hawk, Charlie, Evil Ryu etc. In short I really liked the arcade mode of SFA series (especially that of Alpha 3) and the arcade mode in SFIV simply sucks in comparison. I could make better anime clips if I were given the chance I swear.
