The whole sf2 roster has been added minus T-hawk and Deejay...most people got who they wanted out of SF2.... Not like someones gonna not buy the f'n game because they didnt add them....
They are the least popular in polls and forums and popular opinion.. I've seen many people not as excited over t-hawk and deejay... people are more excited for Juri...what does that say? You have 2 characters from many iterations of SF4 and people are more excited for someone who hasnt been in any...
Sure Deejay and T-hawk have fans...but just because SF2 has a large demographic it certainly wasnt because of them...there were other characters from that game too you know...plus they werent even apart of the original roster.

That makes perfect sense, but they were already nearly done and intended to be in SFIV. If Capcom couldn't get them in the final product the first time around, it makes perfect sense that they would add them the first chance they get instead of scrapping them and starting from scratch. Thats just a waste of time and energy. Naturally, you'd wonder why they felt the need to work on those characters for SFIV, but that's neither here or there at this point. Given the circumstances, I understand why they put them in the game.
Didn't mean it like that. I LOVE dan. but he's more of a joke character. to see if someone could win with dan and make fun of your opponent. T hawk is awesome, I would love to see hugo also. never been a fan of hugo. but I wanna see poison :P
I hear that cuz I like Dan and all Im in on the SNK joke Robert Ryo thing but to me he has no place in the canonical series period.I couldnt see him being in SF3 with those moves and his style in my opinion he is just anime like xtra outrageous thats what Alpha was for but its time to be serious I like Dee Jay but I could go without bird man.I dont really see Poison being added would be a nice xtra though maybe use him/her for an bonus stage
I imagine her Ultra would look pretty much like Fei-Long's if it is gonna be the Seichusen-Godanzuki. Starts off with a close up of her screaming, and then proceeds her repeated attacks, until the final one sends you flying to the sky while the camera angle is sort of from the ground so you can see her expression yelling and the opponent reaching the clouds.

Ofcoarse it makes sense to finish them now.. since they were half way done for SF4... But they still shouldnt of been in the process of being made.. What good was the poll if Ibuki and Hugo werent planned to be added? They use the not enough time excuse to finish Deejay and T-hawk but why on earth were they started with to begin with? The were still last in that character console poll.
It just wouldnt make sense to release a poll and release everyone on the poll except for the Third Strike characters even the ones DEAD LAST were gonna make it before people ahead of them that happend to be Hugo and IBUKI.
Obviously biased was chosen in favor for everyone except IBUKI and HUGO. They probably did have time to finish them but they probably thought it would seem fishy to the fans when the last place characters in the poll were made before Dudley, Hugo and Ibuki. Perhaps they held them off on purpose.. And didnt expect people to find a partials on the disk.
Either way...i dont like how fishy it smells... And i dont see how alot of people dont notice this... But whats done is done.... This is why i dont beleive everything Capcom says...not untill i see it for myself..atleast.

I had to stop reading at the top because you clearly didn't comprehend what I said in my last post. I did say that its natural to question why they'd do that.
Clearly the reason why they did what they did was because SFII characters had top priority for SFIV.
The idea was to bring back everything SFII related and do something new with it. The demand for T.Hawk and Dee Jay were high enough that Capcom decided to start working on them for the console version, and they chose them over SFIII and FF characters because it was made clear that those characters weren't going to be featured in SFIV. Sure, SFIV has done wonders w/o T.Hawk and Dee Jay and it was evident long before its release that that would be the case, but Capcom is better off having them on the roster if that means they'll sell more copies, even if its a few hundred or thousand.
Ono even mentioned the return of SFIII characters in SFV, and re-releasing Third Strike the same way they did Super Turbo HD. Even if you find something wrong with this, one thing is clear: All you do is whine.
You talk about not believing what Capcom says and question everything they say or do like there's some conspiracy going on or something. Just be happy that SFIII and FF characters are making a return in SSFIV instead of SFV.

I personally think this would make a great game I can do without all the xtra shotokan ppl just improved Akuma,Gouken and the two pups with Sean of course the Giant attack version though
