edit: it is stated by Capcom that Ryu is fast enough to dodged bullets. That the Sonic boom is faster then the speed of sound and That Dee Jay's max out goes at the speed of sound.
Note: Multiple punches at the same time are used to demonstrated speed. another demonstrations of speed include bluring , after images and teleportation ( via they're move so fast it looks like their teleporting).

Well if she was supposed to be the original design for Abel i wonder why did they show it to us now? Could it be that they are planning on using her with added/different moves list in SSF IV? |

I doubt it, and only becaue if they were going to reveal a new character, they wouldn't do it like this. They'd show a trailer and later show kind of like a behind the scenes look at the process of her character, only after she is revealed in the game. I guess she is now part of the sketches which have other characters (King Cobra comes to mind) that won't be used.
