Yeah seriously its annoying to unlock characters. If anyone has ran or even been to a tourny you know what Im talking about.

i guess im good either way. though life would be much easier if they were already unlocked ala Super Street Fighter 2: The New Challengers. yeaahhh that would be nice. |

Eh, I don't really care. However, I do think unlocking them gives them a certain degree of wonder. I mean, take Gouken for example. He has a sort of legendary status and everyone thinks he's dead and then you find that you can unlock him. OTOH someone like Fei Long or Cammy have no reason to be unlocked. |

I like unlocking characters. It makes me play the game with different characters and earn my right to use other characters. I like achievements , unlocking things, tags and icons. Sometimes you want to be rewarded for something other then just winning. Well , tournaments I could understand... but it's not like it will be hard to unlock. I'm sure a TD would be willing to actually play or allow someone else to play and unlock the characters. It's not the end of the world. Tournament edition ssf4 could address that but SSf4 is a remake for the fans. Not TD's

I think the SFIV cast should be unlocked but not the new characters. I like unlocking characters. It can be a chore if you own more than one version of the game (I own all three LOL), but it gives you a sense of accomplishment. |

I would welcome fully unlocked characters. It's not about learning how to get to them, it should be learning how to use them. If I couldn't beat Seth with all the characters (and to be frank I just gave up trying to do that with all them), how am I meant to get Akuma or Gouken?
My point exactly.
Besides, the only character locked in Third Strike was Gill so, why hide rough 70% of the character roster for IV straight away? |

I like unlocking characters, in my opinion it should've been harder to unlock everyone. I'd love to have a game where only one character is unlocked in the beginning lol. Oh well this is coming from a fan of super smash, what do u expect lol. |

Please capcom have all characters unlocked from the beginning. I mean its fun unlocking new things like gallery and colors but characters should be there from the start. It will make a lot of tournys run easier.
