Also ironic since Q's gameplay is almost the same as Balrog's, while Dudley's is completely different.

It's almost like he's making the argument against his own character.

i also love Q .. but i disagree with your points, there are lots of other characters more deserving of the spot. still, i want to see Q in the game, one way or another.. please visit the thread "Cameos in ssfiv"and told me if you like the Q cameos ideas in there :P but certainly characters like dudley or guy are more deserving for teh fighting spot.

This may or may not be true.  But the rumor has been correct on everything thus far, and, if I recall correctly, was posted by a "trusted" member of the SRK community.  I don't know how much that means, but if the SRK community is saying it is reliable then probably a good portion, if not all, is true in some respect.

I have a strong feeling that the rumor is true, but changes can still me made by the people at capcom after initially deciding on the first list. I hope all the people on the list are in and they also decide to add some more based on poles. Elena and Karin looked like the next most popular characters on the pole on this thread. The more the merrier. Of course they should all be balanced and of high quality.

I think that remy or charlie have a chance to be in sf4 in future,

 for remy like charlie that key maybe abel, remy is french abel too

abel said that he saw someone doing the sonic boom (or a similar) maybe is remy maybe charlie

i think some conection will be shown, but not ssf4 and sf have many version ssf4 will not be the last version o sf4
