As opposed to robots without thongs? 


Honestly, Seth has to be one of the most uninspired bosses in fighting game history.  He's just a cppy of Gill/Urien without the thong (or the need for it).  If anything, I'd like to know if there is a plot reason for him being so similar or whether Capcom was really that short on ideas when it came to developing a final boss.

How about Bison arriving after you defeat Seth in the first round, taking over as he obliterates Seth and now you gotta face The Mighty Bison! With cape and everything.
