I don't give a S**T if they are the same universe! I did not like the characters. Other than Guy and Rolento I hate the cast. Hugo is a doof, Sodom is crappy, Cody sucks, and Poison would be so dumb. If any Final Fight character that currently is not in SF is good then I want to know. Haggar taught his moves to Zangief and the Gief is so much cooler. I'm sorry, but Final Fight was never my cup of tea. I don't care if they are in the same universe, I just don't like the characters. I like Guy and I like Rolento, but seriously if you think being in the same universe qualifies them over better characters like Elena then your an idiot.

Also, If you like a character and I insulted them, mainly Cody because he isnt that bad I just found him boring, then I'm sorry. I flamed and now I feel better. And by the way I know I say Kyosuke should be in and he is barely tied in the universe, which some people dont think he is, I said its not about him being in the universe he would just be a cool and fun character, like Guy and Rolento.

We all have our opinions on the issue, but that's all we've got.  Liking one character over another doesn't make you an idiot.  Too many people in these parts think that they have opinions that are better or more important than everybody else's.  I just hope that Capcom actually does the right thing and goes with popular opinion on this one.  If this is a game for the fans, then it would be nice to see Capcom pay attention to popular opinion rather than vocal rants.  I'd figure that characters like Dudley and Guy should be a lock no matter what. 

Is it really that necessary to attack the opinions of others when most of the garbage that has been repeated again and again in this thread will (hopefully) be overlooked anyways?
