In that case.  I want want HSF4 to have 4 SF3 characters, 5 Alpha characters, and 1 new character.

I thought the reason they called him Hugo instead of Andore was specifically so they COULD say he was a SF3 character and not a FF character.

When's the next major announcement concerning new characters?  I thought it would be anytime now...
