I was semi-surprised we didn't get other character cameos in the first SFIV :/ I mean we got one in Chun-li's intro but that was. I wonder if it'd even be worth a character cameo in backgrounds XD they might look kind of funny, if i remember the people in stages in the last game looked kinda funny (but not awful).

The most important thing is that they make more than the training stage that has minimal animation and effects in the background. 2 or 3 please. If you create the lobby and someone joins and has 3 bars or less, you MUST use the training stage or else add extra lag to your fight for no reason.
P.S. The roman colliseum would be great! (See Bruce Lee vs Chuck Norris)

First of all, I agree with the others that EVERYONE should have their own unique background...maybe even two for each character. For existing characters, maybe have a classic background as well as a brand new one. One thing that I've wanted to see since SF2 is selectable weather and other conditions. I don't know if it would be a good idea to have something that directly affects gameplay, but it would certainly add a little drama to have Ryu and Sagat going to war under a heavy thunderstorm. |

A lot of those pics of stages look (or have elements) of what have already been done in SF or other games. I like the SF4 backgrounds but it would be nice to have a whole bunch more. To be honest i think just having variant colours in stages is a bit lame. I want totally new stages! |
