To be fair, "who you main" and who is your "favorite character" may not necessarily be the same person.

Anyway, for me it's Rufus and my least favorite to fight is Sagat, just over Seth.

I main Zangief and like him because of his unique motions (360) and having to play tactics to get in close.

I enjoy fighting akuma's because they think they can fireball spam me like those crappy zangief's in g3/g2. That and I know the matchup well enough to consistently predict and follow teleports/raging demons and grab/ultra you at the end of them.

I hate fighting el-fuerte because it seems like I always guess wrong. he's twitchy-fast with a good guessing game.

Cammy is my favorite to play as. 

I hate fighting against:  Sagat, Blanka, Balrog, Zangief, and to a lesser extent Guile because they are all extremely difficult matchups for Cammy and my options are extremely limited from the get go.
