I'm still of an opinion that Fei Long is pretty good. He's got some annoying problems, but it's all about using him correctly. But I could be of that opinion since my opinion is that the best SF player I've played on Unity is BJ and her Fei-Long (beat me out first Unity tourney, barely beat her out 2nd tourney). |

Fei Long may very well, be very good in this game. He has "old Vega/Fei" speed! My thing is I haven't used him very much, so I was mainly using Super Turbo starts and adding in strings as I learn them. His hit-boxes SEEM TO have for the most part been shrunk more than most other characters. This may be just me. I think that the console characters do have the most room to go higher on the Tier chart. Definitely part of the problem with SFIV is that so many people are using the same characters right now, that it is taking a lot longer to get divergent character usages and tricks reflected in the Tiers.

Fei Long's big problem, one which he doesn't have in HD Remix, is his Chicken Wing (Flying Kick) can be blocked low. With a guy who has as few moves as he does, and considering how important his Chicken Wing is, being able to block it low was a real bad idea on the designer's part. I'm not saying Fei Long can't be very good, any character in the game can hold their own, but I think this one aspect is going to limit his ability to be a top character. If they adjusted that though...

This point sums up everything there is to say about t.charts.
I'd be interested to see a pro tier chart. |

Well Chris, (AKA the Tier Whore) I am pretty sure that it will be MUCH harder to find arcade character only Tier Charts from now on, as many of the average to big tournaments now use consoles, so that the console characters can be used. I just had a thought , whatdo you do if you're running a tournament and someone hits the power but while data is being saved from the fight, and it ruins the data and the console characters vanish in a puff of smoke?

The last Arcadia tier list was released around June I believe. It also pretty much reflected Mago's sentiments.
I support a new (or remixed) Darkstalkers game!

For the most part I agree with the least except.. I do beleive akuma should be higher than blanka but thats just my Input on it. Something just dont seem right about that placement. A good akuma is hard to deal with. |

In America, that's true. But in Japan/Korea arcade is still tournament standard as far as I know. |
