While I do agree that the Dragonball movie was an abysmal atrocity, Goku isn't asian, he's an alien. But I do agree with your central point.

Blanka would have to be mostly CG. You can't find that kind of awesome in real life.

To answer your question, I don't really care how they draw them the thing is if we're talking about real life versions of these characters asian people usually don't look like the characters at all. The features the characters have aren't always what real life asians have, like eye color, body type, height, hair color etc

Um... Eye colour could probably changed by contacts, hair can be changed by dye or a wig, i don't see caucasions with some of these hair colours by the way. Height? if i recall some of the tallest men in the world are asian. And what do you mean by body type? Maybe you're just not be exposed to alot of asians and the cometic they have available to them. Trust me there's probably alot more there then what you realise.
