also I have forgot to say that there was a thread about SF EX characters should be in SSF4 in Ask Capcom section about like few weeks ago

The real question of course is whether it's worth it for Capcom to do so?  There are still a large number of fighters who are far more more popular in Capcom's stable who have yet to appear in SFIV.  Why pay for the rights for characters which are for the most part niche characters when you could either draw upon existing properties or simply add a few new ones instead?

First SF 3D is EX and SFIV and SSFIV are 3D.

Many will surely remember and miss it.

I certainly didn't say anything about canon vs. non-canon characters so I'm not sure why you're quoting me.  This is a money issue pure and simple.  It's about paying for a licence that only a small minority of players seem interested in.  A number of people on these forums are very vocal, but it certainly doesn't change the fact that these voices represent a very, very small portion of the SF community.  Capcom may decide to reaquire the licence for the EX characters, but I'm unconvinced that if they do so it will be because of overwhelming fan support. 

It seems that there are some posters who feel if they post the same thing over-and-over again or stick up polls on a forum such as this that they are showing concrete evidence that the things they want to see in SF must be consistent with what the SF community wants.  Ask yourself; do you really think more people want to see Pullum than say Elena, Karin Makoto or Ibuki, or Garuda over Guy, Dudley, Rolento or Cody?
