it was a hacked version of ce for the arcade, bascically it's screwed up to the point where, anyone who does not have projectiles gets hadokens, ryu's hadokens home in,ken and dhalsim can use more specials in mid-air than usual, sonic boom has zero charge time, dhalsim can turn his foot into a fire ball, and you can change characters mid round (ussually at random). Also the only way to tell this hack apart is by the rainbow colored text at the title screen, few realized that it was supposed to be orange so they played it anyways.
