Yeah I did that in my blog post that I cant seem to find anymore. But the second time I forgot.

I think the pics of Urien without hair look a great amount like Seth. I still always say they resemble each other more than Gill fits into the mix. I saw a youtube vid of Seth as Urien from the PC customized models (what does Capcom think of this?) heres the vid:

Theres more on youtube if you look. Supposedly there is a wiki database with all the modified costumes.

To be fair, you have to go through a few junk mods to get to the good stuff. I love the Urien mod though. It was probably the best mod I saw at the time.

I like the Gill skin better, personally.  As for what CAPCOM thinks, I don't know officially but both Seth and Sven seem to enjoy them, and the fact that we're allowed to show them on here at all seems to be a way of showing that they're okay with it.

I saw the Gill mod, but he has no hair. So Im like....

I think the Urien one does resemble Urien though. I love how they made Chariot Tackle look so damn powerful. all of Urien's animations look strong.

If you watch the animated movie or play that Japanese game of the animated movie, then you see the same exact robot that takes the moves of the World Warriors. So yeah, he is very old in the canon. I remember seeing the Japanese one bootleg on VHS back in 94/95... those were the days.

Also, I will agree that he was then streamlined to be similar to urien and Gill, but that's undeniable.

Someone else threw a comment on my blog mentioning that. He does look similar. I wish I had that game too. The endings were on youtube but now theyre gone.

Yeah, I thought of Seth being based on the monitor-cyborgs of The Animated Movie a while back.  He looks like them, and the idea of monitoring and copying the moves of the other fighters is there as well.

In the SF II Animated Movie game I think they gave him shoryuken and hadouken variants of Ryu and Ken's moves too. I would say, it definitely helped them to pen down the idea.
