We don't have an official confirmation, but it sure sounds like him.

Anyways, no one ever likes the announcer at first.  People complained about the original SF4 announcer when he was revealed...and now we have folks getting upset that he's been replaced.  I say keep the current guy, at least until we can actually hear clear voice samples of him.

The crappy second hand footage we have so far isn't enough to judge by.

Yu-gi as in the Master Duelist from Yu-gi-oh ? Never thought of it but.... That would be so Cool. Yugi was always in control and always found a way to get the job done -Period. Yeah, I think he has the perfect confident and commanding voice were looking for. Epic wins all around!
