Winning Quotes

Aaalright!


So how do you all feel 'bout the winning quotes?


 


They have some great ones in Arcade mode, but it seems that online they're not as DIRECT or don't relate to the character their facing sometime


They're meant to be more general, which is fine, but how 'bout giving us the option to use more direct winning quotes?


 


Anyway do you guys have any good ideas for new winning quotes?


 


Well I've got one for Juri against Sakura:


"I need to take your body! You're following Ryu's footsteps so you must have THAT power too!"


Reasons:


1. I feel that Juri is related to M. Bison in some way shape or form, maybe his daughter? or clone in some way?


2. Sakura IS following in Ryu's steps and could lose control of herself, heck she might tap into the satsui no hado if she's not careful. Thought I think she's too pure to that. But still would be a good quote

I think a character should have at least 4 quotes and 1 meant for a rival i.e Ryu 1ups Ken "great fight!I hope you didnt think Id take it easy on you. Concentrate!" the other three quotes should address the way the battle turned out for instance if the fight was close "you fought well but it wasnt enough to beat me" if it was a blowout "I can learn nothing from you"

Some "custom quotes" between certain characters would be great. Gen, Akuma and Gouken would all have begruding respect for each other.


Ryu would probably have good banter with Sagat, Akuma, Ken and Sakura.


And so on.

Winning quotes should only appear in the story line that's how I feel.They need to remove that stupid 8 second winning pose that all characters do.It's time consuming and unnecessary.
