yeah when they made Rose his daughter and the whole selling his soul in the cave thing, which by the way was a hypocracy when you consider he did it to remove human sympathy and yet is showing love for his daughter, I was half expecting a badly dressed and blue painted faced actor to pop out playing Jedah from the cave wall as who Bison was selling his soul to.

and why did they kill Balrogn and Vega? felt completly pointless, like they had a contract that said (have to kill more than just Bison) but it felt like they knew they wouldn't have a sequal.

Also the whole web society thing felt too much like the Street Fighters hero group from the American cartoon. We don't need some orginization to force the characters to join up and be super-friends.

I truly beleive one day, by the time we're too old to enjoy it, they WILL have a good SF reboot movie live action and Van Damme won't be in it. But until then we are getting the shaft

i doubt we will ever see another street fighter film. i think enough has been enough this film did not make more than enough to even consider especially that it is a rebbot i think jst stick to the anime. the van damme film was bad but how you can make that film look credible is definitly beyond me. i had nothing againt making chun li the main character but too many changes in the storyline from the game (making bison irish give me a break). and do not get me started with the dire ating and hitty fight scenes.

"ever" is a strong word though. may be not soon, but i think if a SF8 or 9 came out we would have another movie by then.

i agree but i think they should wait a bit. imagine if the chun li movie was actually good (hard to imagine, damn near impossible haha.) but the tiem gap between that movie and the SF live action, was actually pretty good.

what i mean is, i hope they WAIT before making any more SF live action movies. Legend of Chun Li is still stuck in our minds, but 5+ years for now I think that'll be enough time for them to make another... and hopefully a good one!
