I think people do love alt costumes, however, if Capcom can only get as creative as "A Sagat...with pants!" then peope will regret spending money on them. If they give us new alts, Im pretty sure they'd mean one extra for everyone. Maybe Juri, T, and the other characters will have 2 alts like everyone else.

Akuma needs a Tutu. He's like the only person I can see I could still be able to take seriously wearing something like that.

Whether they're in the disc or DLC is another story though

DLC that's on disc as I don't want to have to wait while downloading someone's alt.

There just costumes but people make such a big deal over them.. People make a big deal out of anything. I paid for the costumes and if they went free then so what, at least other people can enjoy them like me now. If the costumes had cost me a lot more and then became free then i'd be a little angry but otherwise this really isn't an issue at all.

It's they're.  I know most people don't care but you used two different ones (their/there) for the same type (they're).

Anyway, people can enjoy the costumes without paying for them twice (see what I did there since they were already on the disc you bought?), they can watch me play my characters in alt costumes and enjoy the alt costume beatdown I issue them for free.  They even get to see the alt costume do the win pose, which they wouldn't get if they had bought it themselves!

IF you encountered him in a dark alley in a tutu & he forced you into a fight to the death, would you care what he is wearing when he beats your face in?

To be fair, I can't really see Akuma wearing anything other than his default oufit. If he needs alternates, have fun with it,
