what do you guys think about this idea? (I really would like it): If they had well detailed full character 3D models that you could move the camera around and zoom in and out. They did this for unlockables in Batman Arkham Asylum and it REALLY got me to get EVERY LAST ONE of the hidden objects and riddles. The details and effort put in the models were amazing and for me at least, pretty badass. |

Oh wow. I would love to get some Avatar unlockables. Alternate outfits would be great too. I really liked the icons and titles in SFIV, so I'd love to see new ones in SSFIV. I agree with JPCwhutwhut, unlocking anything for additions to gameplay is usually a chore. Especially if it's anything that can have an effect on multiplayer games. I have friends that play pretty casually, so having to have them unlock things or unlocking stuff for them multiple times is work. EDIT:
I like this idea way more than unlockable soundtracks/sound tests. I probably wouldn't spend much time listening to them over my TV, surround or not. |

A page that has the characters bio, stats, maybe game history data, and a 3-D game model picture that you can rotate, switch between standing and combat stance, and have it demonstrate the various moves and taunts perhaps? |

wow! yeah. thats a little further than i had imagined, but that would be really cool. honestly, i doubt they have time to do anything this time-consuming though. :( |

In a fighting game, the only unlockable thing I care about is unlocking the characters. SSFIV is supposed to have them all unlocked for multiplayers so the rest usually doesn't matter to me unless it's mini-games. Aside from that, my motivation to continue playing fighting games is based on how good the games are, how much I like the characters, and now how the online modes are implemented.

i honestly do love unlockable characters. that was the only thing i have bad to say about blazblue, although the story mode set up made it way worth it. unlockable characters really do keep the game fresh for me and give me motivation to keep playing, not that i would stop playing if it didn't. i like the arkham idea. that would be fun. |

I'd love it if you could unlock short skits like Dan training Sakura and Blanka or Ryu visiting Ken's family. Something to add an extra dimension to the character would be nice in the rather barren storyline. |

I'm always up for unlockables. Of course there are always trophies/achievements. It hasn't been THAT long since I finally got platinum on SFIV. Also, PSN @home clothes. They had these unlockable in SFIV, and that was pretty cool. Would like to see some more imaginative ones though, I only need so many shirts. Give me some pants or sandals or something. Dee Jay MAXIMUM pants for @home! PLEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAASEEEEE |
