Dudley, Ibuki, Makoto, Adon, Cody, Guy and new character Hakan (Arabic grappler obsessed with oil) are rumoured to be in SSf4 along side with already confirmed three characters Juri, Dee Jay and T.Hawk



...and a beat more :
...Dudley was searching for his car in Third Strike, in this game hes searching for a rose.
T. Hawks storyline involves him protecting Juni or Juli.
Dhalsims new Ultra is called the Yoga Shangrila.
...now thats all know as of now...offcourse all those info is just a RUMOUR so i hope not to be flamed...please respect others giving you info, being it factual or fake...


and more :
...Dudley has his Chain combos from Third Strike, plus one additional Chain combo.
Cody is the only character with an Alpha Counter and he still has his knife. He supposedly needs his knife to perform one of his Ultras.
Rufus can cancel-break the last hit of his Spectacle Romance, or the launch kick of Space Opera Symphony.
Guy has his Chain combos.
Makoto has her Tanden Renki Super from Third Strike.
Zangief is said to have a 720 degree motion Air Ultra called the Siberian Blizzard.


also some more important info :
...Theres a new gameplay system called Tadan Saving, the phrase implies a multi-hitting or multiple-level Focus Attack.
Expect the return of the many familiar Supers, and a few new ones like Metsu Shoryuken. Youll see the return of Chun-Lis Kikosho (Super Fireball), Goukens Denjin, Sagats Tiger Cannon (Super Fireball).
Ibuki has a run command.
Guile has his Sonic Hurricane move from Marvel vs. Capcom 2.



another rumour is that every character in game will have two Ultras instead of one, one of which rumoured to be airial ultra...and they will be both available at the same time, not like it was in SF3, but supers still unchanged, so one for all characters (besides Sakura)...gen character will have four ultras, because of two fighting styles, one of each will be aerial...

Where did you hear this rumor and or what site? I thought it was only 8 characters returning? O well I hope all this is true along with bringing back Elena because I love her and everyone should have their super moves from previous Street Fighter games and with assign stages for each character  this time around instead of the same,boring,redundant stages as before;that will work in rival games in Capcom vs whoever but not for offical Street Fighter games. In fact this is the only Street Fighter game that doesnt have assign stages.

To my understanding this is what I know caused these rumors:


dudley: Capcom made a giant poll asking which characters you want and dudley won


ibuki: ono was asked which SF3 character is his favourite and he said ibuki


cody: in wikipedia when they listed the characters in SSF4 he was listed as one of them


guy: bonus stage was revealed which looked similar to final fight.  As a result people strongly believe a final fight character will be in SSF4 (I hope it's true) So who is the most popular final fight character?  GUY


adon: my guess is the fact that he is in sagat's prologue


As for makoto and this hakan.  I have no recollection of possible origin to the rumor.

Old rumors; old video.  We've heard all of these things before. 


It ssems that most assume that eightish characters means a minimum of 8 with a possible ten if time allows.  It would also make sense that Ono doesn't imply ten characters at this point given that the deadline many not permit it.  The interesting thing will be seeing who is cut from the original rumor (if it turns out to be true).
