First I just want to say; Ryu needs more Donkey Kick. Shin Shoryken would be nice too.
Stages are a little too busy like they were in Street Fighter IV. They can be rather distracting at times. It would be nice to have the option to turn off background NPC's.
How about since Cammy already looks pretty similar to her how she did in Cannon Spike, she goes all the way and dons the rollerblades, once she activates her V-trigger? Would make sense as well, considering that when she does so, she gets a massive boost of speed.

For M. Bison, while I would like to be able to use the 'Psycho Crusher' freely, it appears that you're going with Alpha route with it. If it's to remain on as a special art, I think it should appear to be more powerfull, similar to how it was portrayed in the Alpha series.
Anyways, I like the attention to detail and improved animations for characters when taking a hit; you can definitely feel the weight behind most of these attacks.
However, I feel the knockdown animations leave something to be desired. Not to mention that Street Fighter V's knockdown animations look almost identical to the ones found in Street Fighter IV. Third Strike did an amazing job with dramatic, exaggerated, animations. I feel Street Fighter V should try to emulate this.
Also, once an opponent has been dealt the final blow, it would be nice to see that last hit as having a more powerful impact on the character than it normally would. Currently, I just find them to be very anti-climatic.
Lastly, I think the game could benefit from character battle damage, or at least have the option to play with it on. By the end of a match characters could have a little blood, some bruises, torn clothes, etc. I'd like them to look similar to how characters appeared at the end of the SFII/SFIII post-match screen. The violence should be roughly on the same level as Street Fighter Udon comics.
