well lets look at this logically...if SF2 leads to SF3...ie Sf3 doesnt turnout to be a parallel universe/different story arc. then these chara wont be in the game coz they will be very young yun,yang,makoto,elena,remy,sean,ibuki since sf4 focuses on the aftermath of Sf2...the illuminati group might not make it (although the story is yet to be revealed) gill. urien, twelve, necro that leaves .... alex, oro, hugo, dudley, Q apart from alex any of the remaining chara can easily fit into the SF2 storyline.. |

Dudley - can have a new storyline... .or maybe bison steals his car Hugo - was present during alpha3 therefore he can have the same storyline for SF4 ORO - wakes up during the 2nd fight between Akuma and Gouken .....finds and trains gouken Q - since capcom likes to turn myths into reality...maybe the ken stage myth can be made into a reality and Q is lurking since sf2 |

I'm glad to finally see a thread for SF3 characters on the SFIV forum thanks to Artayes's perseverance! Well considering Dudley won the SF3 poll way back I wouldn't be surprised to see him in SFIV. Personally I'd liked to have my fav SF3 character Q in SFIV! Q could fit into the SFIV cannon wise and might even be able to tie in the SF2 to the SF3 storyline through SFIV considering he witnessed the down fall of Shadoloo. After Q I'd like to see any SF3 fem be considered to be included into SFIV despite being to young just to help balance out the Female to Sausage Fest ratio,lol! However seeing on how Capcom probably won't include any of the SF3 fems into SFIV I'd also like to see... Hugo - Good way to get a SF3 and FF character in one shot. Plus, who wouldn't want to see a Hugo vs. Zangief (Alt Haggar uniform) match! Oro - His interesting gameplay and design would a welcomed addition to SFIV.

You guys think it is still possible that Capcom puts in new characters? I mean the game is set for launch either at end of this year or at start of 2009. That would mean new storylines, endings etc. Still, I hope they do add more characters. In that case from SF3 I would go for Urien/Dudley/ Ibuki. If they decide to add SF3 characters, I doubt they will add more than 2. |

Bring Back the third strickers!! My vote would have to go to Elena, Makoto, Urien and Oro.
Course if Hugo got in too that'd be sweet.

it seems that ibuki has more of a chance than anyone. she was mentioned in an interview, and has alot of fanboys. but oro deserves it so much more. out of all the third strikers hes 10/10 in design, gameplay and storyline. need oro now!!

Yeah totally oro had a cool design and some unique moves. Though I wouldn't be complaining if ibuki made it in all the same.
