i was playing gen today. i wish i had a look on swiki because i couldnt do a damn move with him except the hand slap. he looks seriously pissed off in this version, lol. dont like rufus? you gotta explain that one: everyone loves rufus! :D

Haven't played him in Alpha, so I don't know about that either. The main reason for me to try and learn Vega is because he is considered to be bottom tier. If I master him, the rest should be easy. At least, that's my theory. I used to be a Shoto player, any of them depending on the game and opponent. I had Guile and Cammy as regular alternates as well. The rest I never played in tournaments. In single player though for some reason Vega came to my attention because of his rather unique moves. Almost immediately after I started playing with Vega I realized he's a bit of a paradox. He's one of the fastest characters in the game, yet he's a charge character. His jump is almost too fast to be able to charge a move and get a full combo done properly. And then his wall moves are generally hard to pull off because you can easily intercept them. So when I saw the online movies and especially the EX moves he has I got a big smile on my face. He's still a challenge, but now it looks like you can do quite a few nasty tricks with him. I can't wait to see what I can do with Vega when I fully mastered him. |

in st, vega was one of my mains.. in a game as fast as that, the guy is just one big mixup because his jump is so fast its extremely hard to dp. in every single game to date except ex series, vega has had a mixup where you are forced to guess wether his off the wall will be a hit or a throw. and like ive stated hes crossup proof so i see him going up in tiers sometime soon. no character with 4speed is bad, lol. st was almost always the best incarnation for every character that was in it - especially vega. he looked so tall, so intimidating. but in this version its more similar to his alpha incarnation.

Main Vega... I tried, but I cant pull of anything with him... I cant pull of anything with anyone... you could consider this my first Street Fighter game, Ive played Street Fighter before but never bought one. Fighting just weren´t fun for me back then, now I can´t stop playing them, kind of weird.

Initially I have very simple reasons for playin chars.I picked up vega(claw) cuz of his mask and claw.
But after using the hell outta him A3 was his best version(not including 4).A3 was where his lvl3 originated,his mediums had great range and priority but like you mentioned his jump was too fast and charging was too precise.In SF4 I like the fact that his ex wall jump hits on the way up and links into the grab and how his >rh is loads faster than in Alpha or CvS2.He interests me abit as well. |

I hope there is a tournament mode with up to 12 or 16 players, then I'll chhose my main guys for tournaments play: Ryu, Ken, Akuma, and soon Gouken. I love his sense of style and when he says oh yeaa before shin shoryuken, that just makes my day, too cool and awsome. I will play him against Gen and Akuma, epic battles right there. There's just too many awsome characters, I don't think anyone will main only one character

Akiba: Main: Sakura Second Main: Sakura Third Main: SAKURA SAKURA SAKURA!!!!!!!!! lol, but seriously I would like to get good with all the female fighters, yes...even C. Viper. Viper is a great character but you need time to pratice with her...I hate going to the arcade and having to pick Ryu and Sagat all the time...only because i know how to use them...but when the console version comes out...Say good bye Sagat and Ryu!!!!. And say hello to Sakura, Chun li, Cammy, Rose, and Viper. And hopefully maybe even Ibuki, Makoto and Elena...if they make it in...God I hope so...the more females the better. XD

i wouldnt play sf4 if there were too mant chicks in it, itd be a complete joke. and i wouldnt have every single one of my mains a female, itd just make me look like a super nerd. huuuuuuuur.
