zangief's motion works fine like this, regardless of p1 or p2 side:

half circle from right to left x 2, right, P.

however, if you use (regardless of p1 or p2 side):
half circle from left to right, left, P, it won't work at all.

At first it was just me not being able to pull it off, but i had 3 people confirm it for me.
