Before you guys start your weekend, if you haven't seen me popping in and out of some threads , I just want to let you guys know that we are listening and are on top of the issues that you guys are reporting.  We're finding that many of the online specific issues have to do with conditions that we cannot simulate in testing environments, which is why they are popping up now.  

It's good to hear that the issues aren't global, or at least they don't occur for everyone at the same severity.  I know some have real problems even getting online and I apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing for you guys.  Once we have a course of action figured out, I'll let you guys know.  Till then, I hope you guys can hang in there.
