I would love to see the following characters being more developed: - Seth - Gouken - Guile (I know he is a main character but I just love it) - M.Bison - Dee Jay And I just love the fact that Dhalsim has a great impact in Udon's SF comic books! |

Hey all, sorry I haven't posted in a while. I do have a question about the release of the SFII Turbo #9. On Udon's website, they solicited the issue to come out this upcoming Wednesday, 10/28. However, when I went to midtowncomics.com to order it, it wasn't listed. I haven't checked other comic book websites so far, so I don't know if this is a mistake on the part of midtowncomics. Just wondering if anyone else has encountered any problems so far themselves. Thanks for any info you can provide. |

Hey gang! Yes, unfortunately SFII Turbo #9 is delayed one week. for details, an a preview of SFIV #4(out in 2 weeks!) follow this link. Now some answers: That bonding between T. Hawk and Cammy in SF Turbo really surprised me. Do you guys plan to develop similar relationships between the SFIII characters? Can we expect to see Alex pal up with the likes of Ibuk, Dudley, Yun, Yang, and so on? Can we expect them to team-up against Gill? - Alex will be meeting up with quite a few folks, can't say more than that! Will characters exclusive to 3rd Strike be in the SFIII tournament? And will characters from SFII? Or will they just play a part in the story without participating? - Now that we are moving into the SF3 era, anyone is fair game. 2nd Impact-ers, 3rd Strikers, SFII, SF I, SFIV , Super SFIV, Alpha...anyone could show up! Provided we didn't already kill them (sorry Gen & Charlie fans...) I just saw the first penciled page of Makoto's back up story on Omar's deviantart page. I'm surprised because this wasn't announced yet. Do you plan to do back ups for every SFIII character? - The Makoto backup was a last minute addition. We had originally planned to do a different character tying into an upcoming story, but those future story plans changed a bit. So we decided to give another of the SF3 characters some early spotlight time ;) Matt, is there a chance in the future that you guys will take on another Capcom series like Resident Evil and do comics out of them? - Well, we like to expand slowly and carefully. Currently for new properties, we're testing out the waters with Mega Man manga & art books, and also a Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney art book. And more to come... Wildstorm currently has their own RE comic series, though as I understand it it unfortunately does not feature the main cast. Any info on Dudley and how much of a role he will have in the SFIII comic? - Dudley may not show up right away, but he's coming. We know there are a ton of Dudley fans. |

Alright, I'm gonna say it now, so I can look back on this post to see if I was right. Oh and thank you Matt for answering all our questions. And... I think the reason that the SFIII comic was pushed back back, was because UDON found out about Super SFIV being made and SFIII characters were announced and going to be in it. Only they would know this top secret information and what better way to add hype then release it around or a little bit before the time of SSFIV's release. Same thing with the SFIV comic, it came out before SFIV to build hype and have people get to know the new characters a little better. It was the best time to release it also for promotional purposes and all. SFIV comic And now will possibly get... DLC SFIII 3rd Strike I'll look back on this post in a month or two ;)

Hello. When does Street Fighter vol.5 trade book come out? On UDON it was schedule for an October 2009. It will have SF2 Turbo #1-6 in it. |

Even though I'm sure, according the the info on the last SFIV issue, it will be Juri appearing...I wouldn't mind if it was a new character we haven't learned anything about yet :D
