Street Fighter 4 is a wrap!!! Am creating this thread so SF fans can suggest the things that they wanna see in this game that didn't make it in the 4th game, characters that they wanted to return or not return, bonus games, and anything that a SF fan would like for SF5! PS for the Haters: It is never to early to start talking about SF5 because Capcom needs to know this info from the fan's years prier so they can start blueprinting the game together years in advance! So for people that are going to say its to early to start talking about SF5......keep that kind of negetivity off this thread, this is for the hopefull fans that are looking forward to their wishes! Timeline: For me, I would like SF5 to take place one year before SF3! The reason for this is so that this game will take place in the middle of the SF universe, we can get a return from some Street Fighter 2, Street fighter Alpha, Final Fight, and include Street Fighter 3 characters in the same game! Stages & Music: I think every character should have their own stage with their own trademark music! For the new characters (no matter what they look like: either black, white, or other) hopefully they will come from different parts of the world that will give us a chance to fight in new countrys that never appeared in the series, instead of having most of everyone come from U.S.A, Japan, or Hong Kong! Characters I Want to Return from SF2: I don't want every SF2 character to return! I feel some storys are done, like: E Honda, Blanka, Guile, Vega, M.Bison, Rose (SFA), & Balrog (unless we get Balrog & Dudley in the same game its usless bringing him back)! Am not bashing them and I've always enjoyed playing as them but in order to mature the series they need to drop some SF2 characters out of this game! I hope Ryu, Ken, Chun li, Akuma, Cammy, Fei long, Zangief, Dhalsim, & Sagat return! They have more of a chance to return because they are majar fan favorites anyway! Characters I Want to Return from SF3: Ibuki, Necro, Oro, Elena, Dudley, Yun, Hugo, Tom (instead of Alex), & Sean (as long as he does not fight like a shoto, but instead had his own style of street fighting before he met ken! Amazed by seeing ken fight in SF5 he wants Ken to train him to fight just like him)! With the exception of Tom & Hugo, all these characters are the original SF3 cast before they made the upgrades that included all the unpopular characters that turned people away from the series! Other Characters I Want to Return: Retsu (from SF1), Gouken, Guy, Karin, Sakura, Gen (If he's still alive! would be cool to fight against Retsu & Oro), Birdie, Adon, R.Mika (R.Mika vs. El Fuerte would be cool), & Maki or Lucia (Final Fight)! I would also like this game to share the same game engine as SF4 or a modified version of it so we could get this game sometime before the end of 2012?!

I agree, I hope that is game takes place between SFIV & SF3 and that we don't get all the SF2 characters back. The first street fighter 3 was the best before they started upgrading it, I don't like Q or remy or twelve! Makoto is cool but she looks like a boy with big feet? I remember Lucia she was so cool in Final Fight 3, I hope she will be playable in SFV!

Sf5 should take place between SF4 and SF3. It should have all of the main world warriors, it should have a lot of SF3 characters, and then some new ones.

Yeah..... I did forget to mention the new fighters? Maybe 5 would do? Not to many though or fans won't take to them! Remember "Quility Or Quantity"!!! 5 good cool characters are better than 10 lame bad characters......

I'd like it to be after SFIII. Complete with a more mature and powerful Sean, Oro-trained Ryu and grown up Sakura. Why is everyone assuming that the SFII/Alpha characters can't be in a post-3S (1999) game? Let's look at how old a few of them would be if SFV would be set around the year 2000; Ryu: 36 Guile: 40 Sagat: 45 Cammy: 26 Dhalsim: 48 Gouki: 55 Guy: 35-37 Vega (Bison): Can switch to a new body at will, making the age issue irrelevant. I'm sure that all of them would be able to fight pretty well, especially when you consider that fictional fighters get stronger and more experienced as time passes if they keep training, not the other way around. Hell, most of them reach their peak between 40-60 years old. Going by that logic, why can't SFV be set after III?

I like your ideas! You are a true SF Fan, sorry about the thread I guess we both did them at the same time. The reason I chose to do it before SF3 was because SF4 is not a true prequel to SF3 but its more of a sequel to SF2?! In other words SF3 characters wont really have a backstory and they may not become popular to the casual players if they dont know that much about them? I was actually thinking about your idea for the SF6 game (but thats to far from now to even think about)! I would luv to play as a mature Sakara, even have her or Ibuki be the lead role for the Game that takes place after SF3, & a powerful sean (yes we need it)! I think this will work for most SF characters.....am not to hyped about a 40 year old Guile though???
