alright cvs2 fans, this is the place to get your voice heard so i made this poll even though there is already a cvs3 thread. I want capcom to see figures, numbers such will convince them to at least tink about making this game.

1) Make sure Capcom and SNK-Playmore receive equal share in CVS this time. I've heard SNK received nothing from the first two CVS games.
2) Let's have the Tag Team system from KOF 2003/XI 3) How about just 2 - 3 Grooves: C - Groove (Capcom Groove): 6-button 3-level normals, dashing, air guards, LK+LP throws, minimalist moveset. a) For the C-Groove Capcom Fighters, entire moveset (normals, moves, specials) is taken from most recent (or non-clacsic) incarnation of character (C-Groove Ryu will play like SFIII: 3S or SFIV version; M. Bison plays like SFA version) b) For the SNK Fighters, Capcom should create/recreate the movesets of each SNK character (like they did in CVS2) for C - Groove, or even give some of them entirely new movesets so as to make them play more like SF characters rather than FF/AOF/KOF. (i.e. C-Groove Kyo's Exorcism is replaced with a fireball move resembling Chris' Flames in Need of a Sun and has a flying kick move which resembles '94 Kyo's diagonal spinkick but is horizontal) S - Groove (SNK-Playmore Groove): 4-button 2-level normals, plus one blowback (SP+SK) move; running, rolls, b/f+Strong button throws, tons of moves. a) With the Capcom fighters, SNK should redesign/design the moves for each; like with C - Groove SNK characters, Capcom fighters in S - Groove should play more like KOF characters. Given SNK's history of radically redesigning fighters, this will prove to be interesting (imagine Guile being a command character, Ryu's Hadouken replaced either with a short-range ki-blast (like with Ryo) or a ground projectile (like with Iori or Terry), Elena being an Unchained Circle-style fighter (like Angel and Momoko) or Zangief no longer having to do 360 motions to do his nastier throws). b) S - Groove versions of SNK fighters will resemble their latest incarnations: KOF XI's Kyo, MOTW's Terry, NeoGeo Battle Colliseum's Robert, KOF 2002's Andy, short range Ryo, etc. V - Groove (Classic Groove): classic versions of characters – '94/5 Kyo, SFII Ryu, AOF2/KOF '94/5 Ryo and Robert, pre-MOTW Terry, SFII/CVS2 M. Bison, etc. 4) New sprites! |

The Different Grooves were a good aspect of CvS 2. It was a great game and the ratio system also made it possible to play the game with only one character.
