MONTRÉAL, Québec – Dec. 15, 2007 – Just in time for the holidays, Team SFD has announced their gift to Art Lovers & Cosplayers everywhere: Their Official STREET FIGHTER ART website, hosted on acclaimed Art Gallery deviantART.
"Our goal, with support from our partners, is to host the largest free archive of Street Fighter Fan Art and Cosplay Photos. If people have the talent and want to share their Street Fighter artistic abilities, this website is their new best friend. They can then track their art piece as people from all over the world comment and mark them as their favourites. They do not need to be a Deviant Art member to make submissions. And yes, the wonderful folks over at CAPCOM and UDON will be watching the page regularly as they are Street Fighter fans as well. Remember, it is not always the quality of the art, but the CONCEPT that counts!" STREET FIGHTER ART launches today with a series of Holiday-themed fan art featuring your favourite cast of Street Fighters. This is just what I was hoping to find. So now I can post my fan art on a website completely dedicated to all things SF (and I'm guessin' Darkstalkers, Cyberbots, Power Stone, etc). Very nice. I'm gonna go check it out right now. Just one question: will they take crossover fan pics as well (such as characters from other series mixed in with characters from Street Fighter)? I've got so many ideas; I'll be sending some things in within a week or two from here. Keep on the lookout.

Yes, we accept any fan pics / cosplay photos that are related to Street Fighter, including cross-overs.
