Maybe like a guitar shredding kind of face melt?

hello,(I know this may not be a proper forum for this...)



I just wanted to let you know that I've been dealing with a problem relating to a download of one of your titles, on the Canadian Playstation Network Store. You may or may not be aware of the situation, however, I thought it necessary to compliment the customer service rep (Randy) on how he was able to handle and address my situation. Although the problem has not been rectified, It was Capcom that has shown that customer service is important, unlike the run around I have, and am, currently still receiving at Sony. For that I wish to thank you, Capcom, and Randy. I hope this mess will eventually rectify itself, and I come out with a new perpective on Capcom and how they conduct business (Sony could learn alot from your company.)
